please read this thoroughly!  commissioning me means you agree to my tos

001: GENERAL
-when commissioning me, please be clear in your messages
-you don’t need to be formal, but please be nice
-you can dm me through instagram @nixar.ia or preferably discord at also nixar.ia
-i’m allowed to decline the commission if i’m not comfortable with it, don’t have enough time or something002: PAYMENT
-please pay before i start or after i send you the sketch c; the one and only case where i could accept a payment half before/after sketch and second half after the comm is finished is a custom oc comm
-payment via paypal and deviantart only
-i'm completely fine with mixed payments
-i might charge you extra 1-5usd (100-500pts) depending on your oc's design (i do enjoy drawing a bit more complicated characters but it takes more time than the simple ones)003: USAGE
-private/non commercial use only
-you’re allowed to print my art on stickers, mugs, etc. but it can’t be used for profit004: REFUNDING
-i have the right to cancel and refund all the money for your commission at any time
-you can cancel the commission before i start (you’ll get the full refund) as well as after you saw the sketch (you’ll get 50% refund)005: NOTES
-please be patient
-if you really need me to be quick please discuss a deadline before i start the commission, i’ll see if i can make it in time
-if you’re not sure about something just ask me! i won’t bite
-i can draw a lineless commission but it might cost like extra 1-5usd (100-500pts)006: DISCOUNTS
-you can get discounts or even free art by catching ants (earning points on unbelievaboat) on my discord server and buying certain items
-friends of mine get a 50% discount on all comms
-vip commissioners (people who spent over 100usd/10000pts on my comms) get a 10% discount on all comms and will be prioritized meaning i'll draw their commission first before any other i might have on my to-do list (please keep track of how much you spent and lmk when you hit the 100usd goal)007: DOS AND DON'TS
